    The Maker's Diet

    I just read The Maker's Diet this weekend. Has anyone else seen it?
    New to Atkins....old to being fat.

          Well, let's see, from what little I've read about it, you.

          1. Cut out all refined sugars and simple carbohydrates during the first few weeks of the diet. (Now, does this sound familiar to anyone?)

          2. Do a "partial fast" (no breakfast or lunch) one day a week.

          3. Exercise

          4. Pray a lot

          I think there's more -- including "cleansings" of some sort (and they just happen to sell the products you need for this very important step), but those are the basics, I believe.
