I had my annual check up today. When I got off the scale the doc looked back at his entry a year ago and 2 years ago and said is this right? He said 2 years ago I was 196 (I obviously gained another 10 lbs before starting Atkins), last year I was 183, today I was 162.5. He couldn't believe his eyes! I'll get my lab results on Friday.
