    ON fit day i went over my carbs.instead of 20 it was 23.

    But my % was 3% carbs.

    What is the best way to go stick to 20carbs or 5%total carbs.

    One more question how can 23 carbs. be only 3% of my total.

    Did you deduct the fibre from that 23??

    What were your other percentages??
