I have finally reached my mini goal of 130. Ten more lbs to go. I love this WOL & this WOE. I feel great and I look pretty good too.(for a little grandmother) I even made cranberry nut bars and had a couple of them last Sunday. I also had a big breakfast of scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and a cheddar bay biscuit. Sunday is my day to have a few extras. This is so much fun. I am trying out a new recipe every week. So far I have liked them all. The Revolution rolls are a life saver for me. I do keep my calorie limit in mind and I watch the carbs.
