  • I get a yuky aftertaste!!

    Sometimes, I get an aftertaste. I can't pinpoint any specific food I've eaten. I am into week 10 and I didn't think I would still be expieriencing that. I've tried breathe mints, sugarless gum to get rid of the taste. Sometimes it helps. I was just wondering if anyone else has that problem? Thanks :wave

    It could be ketosis, is it there all the time?

      It's mostly in the morning after I drink my coffee and sometimes I will eat string cheese too. ensive

        I am assuming it is ketosis, mornings you are in more of a state of ketosis due to the fats and of course cheese is limtied in carbs so not taking you out of ketosis....some people say they get sort of a metal taste when in the fat burning stage like this. I was in ketosis for about 14 months.
