    :wave Just checking in to say Hi :wave Today is number 15 for me...I am still clean...haven't fallen even one time...oh a few days I was unsure of portions and ended up with stats that were off, but I hope it is all balancing out. ensive

    I was concerned today because my "stix" did not turn pink like it was last week...maybe I need to cut back on something...could cheese do that?
    I often grab 1 or 2 oz of cheddar when I get home from work and crave something to eat...something fatty.

    Anyway, I braved the scale today...(should I be weighing in at the same time each time?)...the needle wobbled at 255! :icondance

    I went to Fitday today and my chart shows 69% Fat, 6% Carb., 26% Prot., 4g Fib=25 net. carbs.

    since I had all of my percentages and limits for today, what can I nibble on if I get hungry...more meat will up the fat & protein percents...right?

    you can add an egg and your ratios will stay the same it is the ratio not the totals you need to worry about.
