Shingles Vacine for 60+

Last week I went and got a shingles shot and I am so glad that I did as a friend of mine came down with shingles last month and the way he describes the pain he was in, I don't think I could have tolerated it. The worst part was they couldn't even give him anything for the pain, or what they gave him just wasn't working at all.
So if you can, do yourself a favor and get yourself the shot. Its pretty painless and worth the time.

I had it when I was 23. It was in my siatic nerve distribution. One night, before I knew what it was, I cried and cried trying to figure out how I broke my back.

It's in the nerve so pain killers really don't touch it unless it knocks you out completely.
