I've been on phase one for 1 3/4 months now and have only lost 9 lbs. After my first child in 1976 I lost 70 lbs in 8 months. Sometimes losing 9 lbs in a week. I have not cheated and am becoming very discouraged. A typical day for me is: 3 low fat string cheese for breakfast and one caf coffee with 1/2 and 1/2, 3 sweet and low.
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner: Roast Beef and cauliflower
Dinners out on weekends typically: boiled shrimp dipped in drawn butter or petite filet with blue cheese and caesar salad (no croutons) or grilled salmon with same caesar salad.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!!!! PLEASE HELP!
