  • Any suggestions for sugar free suppliments?

I have been poking around trying to decide which suppliments are Atkins friendly. I admit I wasn't that good at taking them before when I was on this WOE.

I am wondering about this Acai berry antioxident. I count 1 gram per pill and it's 2 pills daily. I also started using Psyillium husks for the "plumbing".

I have a multivitamin by Naturemade called Multi 50+, Naturemade Calcium 750mg 2 times daily, Powdered Garlic capsules 580 mg 3 times daily, GNC Vitamin C1000 and Flaxseed Oil 1000 2 times daily for my suppliments.

Anyone else? What do you take and what is working for you with this WOE?

Tooder, I currently take Centrum, but am not satisfied with it.

I used to eat tons of vegetables, and I feel I need natural, nature-made vitamins. So I have ordered a bottle of Nature's Way Alive to try.

I'm anxious to see how I feel after taking one bottle. Here's a link:

Nature's Way Alive! Multivitamin Whole Food Energizer No Iron Added -- 180 Tablets - www.Vitacost.com

They have a version with Iron and without iron. The one without iron has a tiny bit of iron that occurs naturally in the components it's derived from.

Centrum is fine, I guess. But I have been on other supplements that made me feel GREAT and I'm looking for that boost again.
