    Hiya Nene!
I see you've been on induction since April 3rd, so well over the two weeks. If you're feeling tired, you could make the move to OWL. Don't be scared of OWL... we still lose, and many lose even faster than induction, on the lower rungs.
It sounds as though you might need those few extra carbs for energy (and OWL will give you those), but without seeing a menu, it's hard to say. Why not post a menu in the Review my Menu forum... you'll get plenty of advice there and will be able to see if anything needs tweaking.

    Keep us posted!

      Re: weakness

Thank you for responding to my question. I know one problem could be I don't eat breakfast but I have never been a breakfast eater. I eat lunch every day at 11:00.
I usually eat Chicken salad that includes chicken, eggs, celery, almonds and mayo. I usually put about 10 oz. of chicken in it, 2 eggs, 1 stalk of celery, a handfull of almonds and a tbls of mayo.

Besides chicken salad, I eat at lunch a couple of times a week a green salad with leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, spinach, eggs, cheese, meat, almonds or walnuts, brocoli, celery, green peppers and ranch dressing. If I don't eat it for lunch I have it for dinner with a chicken breast, pork tenderloin or some other meat. If I get hungry in between meals I eat almonds or cook me some bacon and eat cheese occasionally. I hope this helps. Thanks again.

Waiting til 11 am to eat is definitely not good for your metabolism. Also, nuts of any kind are not allowed until OWL Rung 3.

          Re: weakness

You need to eat 3 meals a day - if you don't eat breakfast your metabolism is off from the first of your day and is fighting to keep up the rest of the day. If you don't like eggs in the morning have an ounce of cheese and veggies soon after you get up (perhaps on your way to work) or try the muffin in a minute or a quiche with veggies and meat.

Almonds are a rung 3 food - check your acceptable food list and what foods you can add as you progress up the rungs. You are allowed 1 ounce of almonds daily - that is 28 almonds not 2 handfulls during the day.

How much water are you drinking each day? 64 ounces is the minimum -- that is water - nothing added except ice.

Check these links and make sure you are following the Atkins plan correctly and start eating 3 meals a day.

If you don't feel up to eating a full breakfast, you could try to eat a small snack... just something to get your metabolism going and tide you over until you have your mid-morning brunch. A couple of olives and a small piece of cheese would be enough. Doesn't have to be a huge affair.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will try them. I drink a lot of liquid.

                  Re: weakness

liquid will not fill you up enough - you body needs food not liquid. I'm not saying you shouldn't be drinking water but since you didn't say water I'm doubting that's the "liquid" you are talking about.

if you don't like breakfast type food try eating leftovers from the day before - breakfast doesn't have to be eggs ... it can be anything.

You need to follow the plan the way it's written for it to work properly. Many people say Atkins doesn't work but it's because they don't follow it the way it was written. The plan does work - you just have to make it work.

                    Re: weakness

I know this is an old post, but if you are still feeling weak and tired after induction flu is past, it is most likely a potassium and/or magnesium imbalance. You should supplement both and eat your veggies that are high in those two minerals. Dark green leafy veggies and peppers are high in both. Drink lots of plain water.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
