Sure....As you can see by my title I have a stressful job(or is that just my excuse?). I know that all I need to do is get on a roll(3 days last time and my hunger was gone), but have a good 3/4 of a day and can't get past the evening eating. I know this works I just need to DO IT!!!! Any other suggestions for simple meal plans on induction....I get stuck in eating the same thing every day and get sick of it. I'm not a salmon rolled in cream cheese type of guy!!!! So here I go again I have about 90lbs to lose and have atkinized my fridge and cupboards........Thanks for caring and the support.
Many people make quiche and eat it several days at a time....you say you aren't a rolled salmon in cream cheese guy -- well, I'm not that gal either....leave the salmon for someone else and wrap my cream cheese around roast beef or ham. How about deviled eggs, hard boiled eggs (not my fav but some like them).....
Fix a few extra pieces of chicken and have them - make some chicken wings (pan fry the wings and toss in Hot Sauce and butter - wings are easy).
Good luck -- hope you have great success!!
