I do a lot of different things. I love biking! I need to get more of that going again. I work out 3x a week at a MMA gym. We do a mixture of things. Running, squats, lunges, weights, mat work, etc. I'm currently training with the RFCs middle weight world champ and have gotten my own pair of boxing gloves for Christmas! It's become my new passion! I LOVE it! (I only do the punching, I don't get punched) ;-)

That is so right! I feel the same way. I am even worried about stepping down off of a high street curb! But up is good!
I also worked with a lady who would take the elevator down to the bottom floor of our office building, (7 flights), and then she would walk "UPSTAIRS" for her exercise. It hurt to walk down, but up ---she could do just fine!
