    Hey. Welcome. :wave

You can do this. It doesn't have to be boring. Variety is the spice of life, so shake it up a bit. Find some new recipes to try. Learn to cook! (if you don't know how) The possibilities are endless.

Hang in there. It's well worth it, I promise! :icondance

Why do you think it will be hard? Do you have a hard time finding recipes? Tell me, maybe I can offer some suggestions. I'm always happy to help!

I've been doing this for years... on and off, I'm one of those folks that can't seem to commit :P Anyway. If you ever need recipes, or a good kick in the butt, I can help.

Im in the same boat as you. I dropped 20 lbs to 250 and now Ive been stalled there close to a month. I drink a lot of diet soda too.... I should stop. I have however been noticing I am getting smaller, its strange, same weight but smaller? I am working out.....

same here^ i love my water and diet soda it keeps me on this diet. drinking plain water-with no taste and eating hamburger just isnt the same. kind of makes me want to throw up. so i drink flavored water goes down much easier.

Yeah..there's actually a lot of different things you can try while on Atkins. I'm used to the diet now, it's actually pretty simple compared to most diets
