    30 pounds lost

    Well, I was just proud of myself, and thought I'd share this with you all. I lost 30 pounds so farrrr . When I started Atkins in April, I didn't think I would make it to 30 pounds lost






    Started: April 18th, 2005
    HW 264 /SW241 /CW241 /GW185
    Can't wait until i get to the wonderful world of ONEDERLAND

    Total weight loss=23 pounds // 56 pounds to goal

    28 pounds gained. RESTART 9/17/07

    MINI GOALS
    237lbs -
    232lbs -
    225lbs -
    219lbs -

              congrats on the great job you have done morphing yourself into the leaner healthier young lady you are with all that hard work you are doing working your Atkins program.

                        lol, seeing results helps me keep positive, especially since I've dropped an extra 5 pounds since my original post
