    You can have some snacks, if you feel you need them. If not, don't eat them because you think you should.

    I'll bet we see progress by the end of the week.

      I don't know why, but for the WIERDEST reason, I felt like making low carb whipping cream. I used a cup of light whipping cream, a bit of splenda, and some vanilla extract. It made about 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream with about 10 carbs in the end for the whole batch! Yay!

      Too bad I have absolutely NO clue what to do with it. I won't just eat it because its way too rich. And everyone in my house will think I'm wierd if I just eat whipping cream out of a bowl :confused

        eh, who cares?

        Not much that I can think of for it to go on during Induction. But when you get to rung 4 in OWL, you can have some with berries and nuts. It's my favorite desserts (after chocolate, of course)

        Someone else may have some ideas. But it doesn't last long, so it might be a moot point.

          Eeek. I went on vacation to a hotel, and things aren't going so smoothly. It's very hard to find anything to eat! urplequ:

          For breakfast I had a 2 egg omelet with sauteed onions and cheddar cheese. I told them to hold the hashbrowns and the toast.

          They forgot to hold the 'browns, so I let myself go and had like 3 dice-sized hash browns. Agh, whatever I guess, so I went the gym for 15 minutes, and then went for a long walk. When I got back, I ordered some room service for lunch/dinner:

          I had a thick juicy beef patty on a bed of lettuce, and some cheddar + swiss + mayo on top. I had a plate of fries left. I was really frustrated and had like 10 index-finger-shaped fries!!! :yikes

          In all my frustration, I had 2 DIET COKES! :yikes x 3


          I plan on going to work out for 30 minutes or so later tonight. But do you guys think this ruined my CLEAN induction?

            sorry missed your whipped cream post you could have folded some pumpkin in and had a mouse. You can freeze blobs of whipped cream and then let them melt in your mouth for a great rich treat.

            Yep you are no longer clean as you ate foods not on the acceptablefoods lists BUT that doesn't mean you can't finish your induction and move on with your Atkins to become a healthier smaller version of you.

            If it happens again that a waiter messes up your order and you don't tell them to fix it when it arrives foul that food so you won't eat it. drop it on the floor if you have too. I've poured stuff on stuff I was tempted by when out so i wouldn't even consider sticking it in my mouth. flushing fries would have been fun and a good stress relief for you.

            Hang in there in the long run this isn't a big deal as long as you take it and learn from it so it doesn't become a habit.
