First off, hello, welcome to the board. Tips... My biggest 3, buy the book to read immediately, second- drink your water, an thirdly exercise at least 3 days a week. You can easily obtain your goal by August.
welcome to ADBB and to Atkins. I'd add to those 3 never put anything in your mouth until you know the carb count ingredients and if it is legal for your pahse.
