    I thought you were already lifting from your earlier posts.
    I am already lifting but i didn't have a steady plan, sometimes i would and sometimes i wouldn't. Now, i plan to start really lifting and to stop slacking off like i used to.lol

    The chat with mom: She again denies the fact that I'm over weight, and acts like i'm perfectly fine, but the fact is, i'm not happy with the way i am and it's up to me weather or not I'm gonna start eating right and start exercizing. She is against me dieting, but all I really want to do is watch what i eat and to not eat so many carbs. The next time she goes grocerry shoppping, I can tell her what she should get for me to eat.
    So, I guess it went okay?lol

        Good for you!! Just have your mom pick up healthy foods for you to eat and tell her you want foods that are good for you, not junk foods. I'm sure with your new exercise plan and eating you will be looking trim and happy in no time!!! Good luck!!

          my mum told me to stop doing atkins as it wasnt "good" ...ive gained back all the weight i lost and have to start all over again
          im upset and hurt and when i lost all the weight she was like - where ? u havent lost any weight and my jeans became LOSE on me !!!!

          food is one place where u just cant folow what anotehr person says. my mum can pretty much eat anyhtign and still loses weight time to time.
          shes skinny.

          back on the good ol diet. harder since i feel a little BLUE. but doing it anyway - i know theres weight loss at the end of even the first 2 weeks.
