Anyone out there with Turner's Syndrome, besides me??

Hi! My name is Kenna. I am an almost 14 year old girl just starting on Atkins. I have Turner's syndrome and am wondering if anyone else on this site has it also. Also, any tips for me? I have never tried this before and am having a hard time getting started especially with exercise!!

i have agood friend who has turners syndrome..the only advice i can give is to come here to this board very often and realize that if you mess up its not the end, you can just get back on induction and try again it took me 2 times before sticking with it and most people have a hard time the first itme they try just try to stay positive and drink lots of water and good luck...

Turner's Syndrome

This is a disorder affecting the chromosomes (genetic makeup). It's a missing chromosome that happens at some point during cell division after fertilization. It is characterized by short stature and the lack of sexual development at puberty. In other words, are not very tall and don't have the same puberty as most other girls their age. Other physical features may include a webbed neck, heart defects, kidney abnormalities and/or other various malformations. It also causes severe learning disabilities in some cases.
