I want to do the atkins, i feel so ashamed when i eat something. i want to lose some weight. my goal is 45 pounds. but 10 or a little more would be fine. school starts sep. 5. i really want to lose weight. i need some motivation. is low carb the right thing for me if i am a big eater. i need help. i wanna be a good size.
i look at other kids who eat a lot and im guessing they have a fast metablosim. i dont really exercise. the bad thing about me is that i can say i want to go on a diet , then i see donuts and eat them and i feel ashamed. i just want to lose weight. i get so confused.
