Just though I would share!
I talked to my doctor about the Atkins lifestyles and she immediatly told me that it was a lifetime comitment and if I wanted to do this, I should be aware I might never get to stop, that I might as well live life now and start later.
Well I just told her I knew it and left whithout starting anything, and she encouraged me to go low but not to stay on induction for long
You see, here is a story that if you wanna read, it might remind you of your young life (especially if you were a big kid)
I've always lived my life preparing for tomorow. No drugs, no alcohol, studie hard and be nice.
So, as I lived such a boring (but safe) life, I keped telling myself i'll get the weight off "later". Later never came, it dosen't always do. I figured that out afterwards.
My grand-papa died at the age of 63. He died of a heart attack, 2 weeks after he had it. That's because he always keeped saying "i'll go to the doctor's later". He eventually did ... in an ambulance, and he stayed there too.
My mom was "late". But she keeped saying there is NO way she would be pregnant, that it could never happen. So she didn't go see the doctor. She had a gastric bypass ... wile she was pregnant at the age of 40. She lost her baby, because she waited for "later" to come for her birth test.
All these people, they pushed to later something. So have I, many times. And I bet ya you have too! How many times have you waited to bring the dog for a walk only to let him outside? Or how many times have you pussed away some time at the gym to finish some work? I know I have many times done this and more. This is why i'm on the Atkins diet! This is why I exercise, even if I don't want to. Because later dosen't always come. You have to make it come.
Hope this story give you faith and hope to keep on living better and making better choices!
This is not an e-mail btw, I wrote it all ^_^ Just because sometimes, reading something nice can make you feel better. Now I better stop pusshing to later my dumb history project or i'll never get it done XD
Have a nice day!

I realised that I had to make of my life what I could wile I still could.
