  • fatigue/tiredness/inadequate sleep..?

ive been on induction for a while now and i have noticed that ive started to feel increasingly tired all the time. my appetite has decreased and iwake up after an 8 or 9 hour sleep feeling extremely exhausted and disgusting.

anyone else feel this way? im 17 years old..if thats any help..

What exactly is a while? Are you eating your veggies (god I sound like a parent)? Are you exercising? Drinking water? Are you sure you don't have a bug (there's lots going around this year)?

some people suffer from the "induction flu" for about a week I'd say. It includes all of the above.

None of us here can give you medical advice otherwise, please contact your doctor.

:yes you should be getting 2-3 cups leafy green veggies and 1 cup of another source if your only having 2 cups leafy such as cuccumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes....

The bars and shakes are also made with sugar alcohols. Basically, if they don't cause intestinal upset you have to count them as regular sugar. (There's more info in the FAQs)

That can certainly lead to feeling the way you have. Glad you figured it out though.
