    Loose skin

Hey! I'm getting kinda worried about loose skin. I've lost 50 lbs, and I have about 35 lbs to go. As far as I know, I don't have loose skin. [How can you tell the difference between fat and loose skin?] Anyways, I'm basically looking for a teen that has lost a large amount of weight..I know if your younger the skin snaps back easier..But I need an example. I am so not going to get surgery to remove any excess skin I may have. *shudder*..

In my previous experiences of weight loss I haven't ever noticed loose skin, just make sure you hydrate yourself by drinking lots of water, hydrate your skin by using good lotion (I like to use the Nivea Skin Firming, and it seems to work), and lifting weights and building muscle can help skin stay firm also. Hope this helps!

        Thanks for the replies.
I do drink lots of water, and I'm a lotion addict.
