been on low carb (not entirely atkins although still 20-25 grams a day) since Jan 11th plus working out at least 5 days a week for as long as 2 hours each.
for the past 2 days ive been awfully dizzy..its actually vertigo..a diff kinda dizziness where it feels like ur in an elevator when ur showering..really scary
i had what people refer to as a atkins flu or whatever earlier along in this diet where i always used to be dead tired and sleepy. but that went away.
dizziness is persisting, i want to know if its normal or should i see a doc.
