  • Messed up this week.

Was doing great on the diet. LOST 25 lbs in the first month and half. WOW.. Feeling great. But this week i messed up big time. Lets just say party drunk Dennys wiffles. Then the next day i was pissed about some boy problems. So Pizza, pasta. Good news is it was all in moderation so i haven't gained but maybe 2 lbs. If i start back up on monday should everything be ok? I mean do i restart pretty much. A fresh new two weeks. I mean really never really go off of the stage 1. I Just keep doing it working out and the inches go fast and the weight goes so so depending on how much i acutally work out. But we all know muscle weights more then fat so inches is just as good. So I mean i'm not messing up my body or making it pissed with me cause i went on the diet for a month and half and then went crazy on some junk food for a week then back on it. I know it makes it longer to start again? Just want to be sure i'm good to go monday cause its two more months of this. ALso does anyone know how to join the mens group. I prt that guy but he never adds me so i'm forced to only post on the teen group and at age 23 i think i'm not there any more. THanks.

Well, yo-yo dieting is bad for the body. However, you'll find you can treat it pretty badly and it will still work. Just remember, it's hard to undo damage, so try not to treat it too badly.

You can safely do Induction for 6 months or longer. However, you'll want to move to OWL either when you're at least 10lbs from goal or getting tired with the food choices. It's a lot easier to cheat if you feel deprived...

You can request access to the men's forum by clicking on the Usergroups link at the top of the page. You'll need to indicate that you're male in your signature.

And of course, you're welcome to post in the main sections, wherever your questions may fall. You'll get a wider range of responses on the more heavily visited areas, though.
