It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I know water only gets old, but it really is best if you stick to it for two weeks. After that, a glass or two shouldn't hurt (unless you're sensitive to caffeine (and you won't know until you try (so I say why risk it))) but you can't count it in your daily water totals.

Also, Equal is not your best choice. Splenda is being more widely available (or you can carry some with you, like I do). Sweet 'n low is your next best choice. Remember that you are limited to 3 servings per day, though.

I wish I could say we're all equal, but the truth is Cleo's the cutest.

Like everyone said, after the 2 weeks it should be okay.
My mom's from london. and therefore I'm half british. It's in my blood to drink lots of tea! hehe! I have a few cups a day, and it doesn't stall me. Everyones different, though. Also, make sure you count any sweetners you use towards your daily sweetner intake. (3 per day)
