    hey there again. i havent posted in a long time, but im back. i was on it for a while, and was successful. but then idk what happened. and now i wanna get back, but its very hard. i have motivation, and everything necesarry, except self-control. when it boils down, i have no self control when it comes to food. i need help to keep my eyes on the horizon and look at what im gaining. all im sayin is i could use some re-assurance. :help

    hey it's all worth it. This is coming from someone whos been on Atkins for almost 40 days and has barely lost 3 lbs. It's worth it okay. The food is wonderful and there really is no other way to feel satisfied and lose weight like most peopledo. Just do it. JUST DO IT. lol thats all i can say

      welcome back sorry the reason for the return is gainihng all that weight.

      Did you get any pics of you in your smaller weight? if so use them and your current pics to motiviate you to stay on tract as you want to be that smaller you again. write out a list of your reasons for wanting to be that smaller you again and make copies them every time you think you are going to have anything to eat whip out that list and those pics and ask yourself is this action going to moove me closer to being the smaller healthier me or the larger unhealthy me.
