  • again...

    I was doing so good. went from 211 to 204 in like a week doing atkins and playing DDR... and then last week I went up to like 215 and am now back to 206.5... for the past three days I've been cheating though. Meh.. I blame being depressed and stuff.. I got dumped yesterday morning... and I guess maybe I'm blaming that and whatever. BUT My plan is to stop cheating, get back on track and get down to 190 by the end of the month. I come home on the weekends (for a different reason now... to work on sewing my costumes for an upcoming anime convention :3) so during the week, I'mna play ddr in my room for about an hour a day mon-friday and then on the weekends, 20 minutes of treadmilling on sat and sun.

      Sorry you got dumped. Take some time to be upset and do something nice, like getting your nails or hair done. I'm a big fan of bonfires, too :yikes

      It's easy to turn to food for comfort, but it won't solve anything. When you're tempted, ask yourself what's going to happen as soon as you finish whatever it is that's temping you. Is it going to be any better? Is it worth losing up to two days' worth of losing weight? Are you going to even remember what it tasted like in two days?

      Sometimes a cheat is worth it and sometimes it's not. Only you can tell when it's right for you.

        Sorry u got dumped also... but think of it, there's what? like millions of guys in the world, and that one just wasn't worthy enough 4 u :raving

        Try to hold out your cheating temptations, after awhile it'll go away. Think about how great it'll be when your happy, healthy, and um, with a new man! oh yeah

          Im sorry about your boyfriend, I know how that feels. Just keep yourself busy, and if you're a girly girl like me. .I brush my hair and do my makeup when i'm upset. lol.. i'm weird like that :joy
