It's only my 6th day of Atkins and I've lost 6lbs! I'm loving it. I don't know if it will allways go this fast but still.....I'm very impressed.

I'm glad to hear you are having success on Atkins. Keep up the good work but don't be shocked if your loss slows a little bit after a few weeks, its normal just keep at it and you will accomplish your goals quickly, off to a great start good luck.

congratulations, as 64oz said, your loss may slow, maybe to the average 1-3 lb loss per week depending on your body.
