hey everyone
i tried starting this diet a few days ago and i keep messing it all up.. but im starting fresh today! i want to lose about 28 pounds in a month and a half to two months, you think thats possible on this diet? im going to eat mostly vegetables for the diet and then for protein a little bit of chicken and fish. i dont really like the other kinds of meat and such. ive heard that when you dont have that much to lose it takes a lot longer, but im planning on staying on induction until i lose it. good idea? i really want to lose this within 1 1/2 months!! any advice or help?? im working out every morning as well!! i like to do the elliptical for about 2 hours plus some strength training things too!! thanks everybody, i really need support with this!! <33
