  • Finally...something to report

    I know I haven't been posting much but I do come on here at least once a day and check and see how everyone is doing. I have been kind of bummed, for about two months now my weight has stayed in the same spot. I'm happy where I am at, and have really not been trying hard to lose some more.

    However, I decided that I didn't want to sell myself short. So this morning the scale finally moved from 207 to 205. I know, I know it's only 2 pounds but I feel like I had to claw tooth and nail to get those two pounds off. And the thing that I'm really proud of is that eventhough I wasn't losing weight I remained true to this WOE.

    I started up my excercise again this week. I danced for an hour yesterday, and walked 2 miles this morning. I look forward to continuing this road with all of you. -yoly
