  • FINALLY!!!!! WOOHOOOOO!!!!!!

    It finally happened!!

As many of you know I have struggled since breaking 300 last September. I won't call it a stall because that does the people who have gone through true stalls an injustice. I'll call it a self-induced hesitation. I have come back here saying numerous times that I was back and every time I screwed up and felt like I had let everyone here down.

Well instead of just saying I was back, I went and actually proved it.

I hit the following milestones today.

    1. A new low 287.9, goodbye 290's forever.
    2. That now makes it 60 pounds lost total.
    3. I broke 50 minutes for my 5 mile run, at 49:53 (and that was with a headwind most of the way too).

I cannot say how excited I am or how grateful I am to the people here who have consistently supported me in my struggles.

Thank you! I love you all.
    Jim

I have never seen someone hang in there and stick it out even when they weren't seeing any results and was teetering back and forth. Your dedication is AWESOME!

                      Congrats buddy!
