          Thanks guys! :hug :hug You can't go wrong with this woe. With the help and support of everyone on this board, I've become a losing fool!

          I knew very little about this woe, before I came to ADBB, and now I am full of info and suggestions---it's crazy what a few months and a lot of lbs lost will do for you.
