    just wanted to let you guys know I will be scare for a while. My dad just died

      Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
      Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
      First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving

                      2Big, you've been there for all of us so much, praying for people who needed it, dishing out tough love when needed , and sharing your encyclopedia of a mind. You give so much of yourself to everyone, here and I'm sure elsewhere too.

                      Be comforted by the prayers and energy flowing to you from everyone here who are grateful to you for all that you've done for them.

                              So sorry 2BIG on your day passing away! I lost my father and mother and a brother so I know the pain you are feeling right now but rest assure he is in a far better place now looking down upon you and so proud of you!
