Well, it's official. I'm out of the 230's for ever. I weighed in this morning at 229, and the pounds seem to be just melting off, steadily at a good pace. I have not felt this good both mentally and physically for a long time, thanks to this WOE!!! Like they say, hard work, determination, and goal setting, sure DO WORK!!! :joy
