It's very VERY normal to slow down after the initial hurrah. Even a one pound loss is still a loss!! Trust me, I think almost every single one of us has been through the exact same thing!! Just keep moving in a straight line and the weight will fall off!!!

And I'm sure you've heard it before, but you are probably losing inches even if the scale is going slow. Measure yourself, and dont' be obsessed with the numbers on the scale! I swear sometimes I think there is no rhyme or reason to why the scale goes up and down and up and down lol.

    Goodluck!!

yup all part of the big goal down the road...Going to be bumps along the way but you keep on driving until you reach your destination!! Sometimes you walk and sometimes you run toward your goal but you finally get there! :guns

It looks to me, from your starting date, that you are at the three week slow down. I experienced this myself and have heard it from others. After about three weeks of losing, your body takes a break and slows the weight loss. It will start again, but most likely will not be at the fast rate of the first two to three weeks. Hang in there! Just look at the big losers around you and you'll know it works! :icondance

You are doing great! Yeah, when you're weighing (everyday?) it can be a bummer that is hasn't gone down more, but like Laurenfra said, you are down a pound. You didn't gain. My body does the same thing, (and its doing it right now) where it has to get settled and comfortable at the next weight before you can move down.

Check your carb creep, up your exercise and drink lots of water.

You can do this and we're here for you, just keep on truckin'!!!

            :hug :icondance :joy

most people don't lose in a linear fashion. It may only be one pound now, but next time you weigh it could be four or five. No worries, keep on trucking
