    Just an Update....

    I haven't been posting much lately due to a kerplunked computer. I keep my grandaughter at my son's house during the school year (her mother is a teacher), and use his computer during the day. Now that school is out, I won't have access to a computer for a while. I lost 89 pounds last year on Atkins, and have been maintaining that loss for the past 5 months now. That is the first time in my life I have been able to maintain a loss and I thank Atkins for changing my eating habits and enabling me to do this. I still have 44 pounds to lose, and on 6/7/05 I am going back on induction along with my husband. He has had 3 slightly high blood sugar readings in a row and his doctor wants him to lose some weight so we are going to lose together. I will be back to advise you of our progress when I get my computer repaired. So goodbye for now, and all of you keep up the good work. I will miss all of you until I get my computer working again.

                      That's great that you'll be losing together, supporting each other, looking out for each other. Sounds like a total strengthening process. I look forward to an update in the fall!!!!
