  • Cheated but made up for it...I hope

    Ok, eating-wise, the whole weekend I did really great with the exception of Sunday. I just lost control and didn’t go hog wild, but went way above my 20 carbs. However, and not that this is an excuse, BUT I decided to make this a very active weekend (so if I slipped up then maybe it would still be ok)
    So I went mini-golfing on Friday. On Saturday went ocean kayaking. On Sunday went boating and to the driving range! Monday I went and had a nice long walk/jog and was sooo sore from the driving range!
    It felt so incredible to be outside and active and having more energy than my thinner sister and cousin!
    I love this WOE and I want to always stick with it. I cheated a little but mostly an overdose of strawberries and grapes.
    Keep it up everyone, we will get there eventually!

    Atleast you didn't go hog wild. Good for you for staying active. Just drink lots of water, up your exercise a bit and keep on truckin'.
    Just think, it could have been a gorge fest, before you changed your WOL!! Congrats..

      Funny if we stay focused on our WOL we seem to not stray to far or get back right on track if we over indulge. Way to go!! Johnny :guns
