    My blood pressure is now normal, thanks to Atkins.

    I had a Dr's appointment this morning and it is now


    122 over 80 :yes :joy
    Re-Start: 8/29/2005

    Re-Start Weight: 335

    Re-Start Size: 28

    1st Goal: 292

    2nd Goal: 275

    3rd Goal: 189 or Size 18 (whichever comes first)

    Weight as of 9/12/2005: ???
