  • I lost my DANDR

    I can't find it anywhere, i've been looking all over the house. I'm gonna keep looking for it, but i was wondering if someone could look up how many calories burned while walking for 30 minutes. I have that page dog eared in my book and reference to it all the time.

    I've been walking a lot recently and am wondering how many calories i'm burning. So far i've walked every morning of this week a little over an hour, last week i went twice also. I'm almost ready to recommit myself to the excercise challenge, but i just want to make sure I can keep up with it, and my new schedule.

    Based on your CW, it would be 220 calories in 30 minutes.
