I am back on this WOL. I am kicking myself for every single cheat since Xmas. I could have been in onederland but instead I am far from it. I started back up yesterday and got a nasty migraine from the lack of sugar. I feel excellent today and woke up an hour early. I have been lurking for months and finally decided it was time to jump back on.
