    BBQ Help

I am throwing a small BBQ this weekend. My DH and I are providing the burgers and hot dogs but I am asking everyone else to bring a dish to pass. I would like to make one Atkins Friendly dish that I can eat along with my burgers. I know I could check the recipe sections but I have a hard time trying recipes that I haven't actually seen the reviews for. Does anyone have any good recipes that atkineers and non-atkineers will enjoy??

Let me think on it, but in the meantime, some ideas to kick around.

You can always make the old stand bys, green salad, veggie tray with dip, deviled eggs. Alot of folks on the board like mock potato salad made with cauliflower (I never liked potato salad so I've not tried it though) Coleslaw, hmm.

Think I'll go inlist some help from the cooking forum for you!

Have fun at the BBQ, make sure you have lots of veggies around and also maybe some different types of cheeses. avacado, and tomatoes are always good to have around as well as huge slices of lettuce to wrap that yummy burger in...

I guess this isn't exactly pro-induction, since it calls for splenda, but I used to make a cole slaw using mayo, vinegar, splenda, and sour cream blended to taste, and the broccoli, cabbage cole slaw mix.
