Definitely a GIRL!

I had another ultra sound this morning. The tech said it's a girl, but when the doctor came in and did a quick scan he said "Do you know what the sex is?" I said "yes it's a girl". He said "It sure is! She keeps showing it to me and what I want to see is her heart!" LOLLOL She wanted to make sure Mamma knew she was all girl!

She is measuring perfectly and everything looks great... Thank God! Here's the ultrasound showing her little butt and her "cheeseburger" as they call it. It's called a cheeseburger because on girl ultrasounds there are lines that look like a cheeseburger instead of boy genitals. So here's my baby proving she is all girl!

Congrats on your little girl. I'm surprised that they tell you the sex of the baby now. When I had an ultrasound for my oldest son, 22 years ago they would not tell you at all if they knew.

The same thing happened with the ultrsound for my youngest son (16 years ago......youngest son will be 15 this June 6).

Have you picked out any names yet?

Congrats! Girls are so much fun. Have you been shopping for her yet? After all this is your first girl, she needs a lot of pink dresses with white ribbons and ruffles.

That's great news Dawn.... lol I clicked on your baby journal and got so involved in reading, that I almost forgot to respond.... I'm so happy for you. This is going to be one spoiled little girl! Keep us informed..
