    That's the coolest thing about walking - anyone (most anyone) can do it! It's easy on your knees and you can get your heart rate to where it needs to be.

    I'm walking about an hour/3.2 mi 4-5 times a week and I'm losing! I really want to be able to job again, but walking is doing thr trick right now.

      If you really want to know how to move the ticker - go back to where you first made it (ticker factory) and do another one! Redo it and put it in your signature - same as before.

        Hmm...I've never used these tapes, but I might just have to pick them up. I've heard so much about them here on ha

        I'll head out to Walmart tomorrow and see if I can pick them up.
