    I have already done my workout for the day and I am on my 64th ounce of water and working towards 128 for the day...how about y'all?

    could I blame the board for not wanting to workout... lol

    I just can't get out of this chair and do it.. this board is like a good book just can't seem to put it down.. everytime there is a new post I have to read it.. LOL

    Limabean you are putting us all to shame having that much water in .. :capital and your done with the workout for the day.. please tell me you don't live in california where its only 8am.. lol

          haha I live in memphis, TN. I just got up early, no alarm clock needed anymore, went to the doc...took my water, drank 32 ounces in less than 1 hour came home..worked out and downed 32 ounces more, almost done with my 3rd 32 ounce cup now haha.

                I haven't done my workout yet, and DW is working tonight so anything I do will be after the kids are in bed. Unless I do a workout video with them (that's an idea). But tomorrow morning is another 5 mile run and all day landscape work.

                But water is being put away as usual,....by the gallon.
