No, I'm not 50 years old,,,,I'm actually 51!!! But I have officially lost 50 lbs., 50 big ones!!! I can hardly believe that just over 4 months ago, I was at 277 heavy duty lbs, and hadn't worked out in almost 10 years!!! I ached all over, got tired out easily, and usually wore mumu type clothing, so as not to show too much bulge. Mentally, and physically I felt old, and worn out. That' s in the past! Now, 50 lbs lighter, I have not weighed this in almost 20 years. No more aches and pains, excercising 6 days a week now, and have a wonder WOE! Of course, this ADBB has been an integral part of my success. I'm just about half way there, I can hardly wait to meet everyone in onederland.... :joy :joy

Thx everyone for your kind words. I could get used to getting compliments!!! And Cheryl and Jim, you are now my lifelong friends :yes Funny, but I never think of myself as being 51, and shock my daughters friends when I tell them, but now that I have lost all this weight, I am being told regulary that I don't look 51. I sure don't act it!!!! Afterall age is only an #, and you're only as old as you feel, and I feel great!!! So thx again! :yes

Congrats, that is such a great milestone to those of us who have 100 or more to lose. Major change to yourself and your self esteem I'm sure. The glass is now 1/2 empty (of fat) and onward and downward!
