    HI there, glad you found atkins and this board, you were the exact same weight as me when i first started.... 7lbs in 7days wow thats great, really inspirering, great job... set several mini goals and u will be reaching them before you know it...

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
