    WooooooHooooo!! Kicking Up My Heels!!!!!

    Hi All! Just got back from rehab at the hospital and got weighed and I am down to 356lbs.... Last Friday I had gained 1.4lbs and today I am down 6.4lbs for an overall weight loss of 20lbs since joing Atkins on May 23rd. So I am smiling today and we can all DO THIS!!!! NEVER GIVE UP!!!!

    I have to leave soon to go to another hospital for registration for an operation tomorrow morning at 9:30am for my arm pit...

    I also wanted to say I walked for half hour on the treadmill today for almost a mile and was pleased with that...

    I CAN DO THIS AND WE ALL CAN DO THIS!!!!!

    YEEEEHAAAAWWWW!! CONGRATS ON THE LOSS. I KNOW THAT SEEING THE NUMBERS GO UP CAN BE DISCOURAGING SOMETIMES. GOOD JOB ON STICKING TO IT.

                    Congrats! I know how your feeling, ride that wave of accomplishment and success. You should be very proud of yourself. Good luck on your surgery tomorrow.
