    My annual bloodwork

Well after almost a year (over a year if you count my June 1st half hearted start) my numbers continue to improve.

    Then Now
    Weight 348 285
    BP 138/96 118/88
    Glucose 84 79
    Cholesterol 198 179
    HDL 38 43
    LDL 133 118
    Ratio 5.21 4.16
    Triglycerides 133 91

I'm pretty happy. They all got better since September (and obviously last June) except triglycerides which went up 3 since Sep., no biggie.
    Jim

Awesome stats Jim! You are doing so well!

Why did the first BP number go up?

It didn't, that was a typo. It was 118/88. Good catch.
