* What has been the #1 thing that you feel you havegained from this WOE(besides naturally the weight loss)
Hands down, the abiltiy to love myself even when stuck in terminal stall.

* What is your favorite season and why?
This is a tough one. I like them all, except summer. Being in Texas will do that do you, but I would say winter. There aren't many things more magical than a fresh coat of white making the world pure and sparkley.

* If you had to give a tip to our newbie's what would it be and why?
Only one? In that case, make friends with your tape measure because it will tell you the truth when the evil nasty scale lies.

What is your favorite atkins- friendly restaurant and what do you like to eat there?
If money is no problem, then I would say Saltgrass Steakhouse. I choose a prime-rib with veggies and a house salad with blue cheese. Its amazing, I've learned how to say no to their bread and crutons, and I normally have more than enough for one more meal at home complete with the salad.

Do you award yourself upon acheiving your mini-goals, and if so how?
Right now, rewards are scarce since I'm saving for a down payment on a house, but I used to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure for every 10 pounds I lost.
