    Hello All!

Well I am home from having my surgery yesterday and was a long day...

Was a little late getting into surgery and ended up getting home around 3:45pm yesterday. I have a big hole in my right arm pit and very sore and will be for awhile.

They made me eat 3 saltine crackers after surgery and was just a little mad as I wanted to eat some meat and cheese and they said no and so I ate the three saltine crackers and then what really made me upset was they brought me two slices of cheese and turkey and ham.

Well anyways I am back and sure have missed the forum the last day or so...I was having a withdrawal...lol Johnny :guns

Welcome back! Don't sweat the saltines. You'll be fine :nod

Glad you're back home, and back on the boards. Sorry you've got a hole in your armpit.

Don't forget to drink you're water today!

    See ya!

        Thanks!

I went to the doc today to get the incision bandaged up again...Didn't do a very good job the first time...Did not want an infection setting in there.

I also got weighed and stayed the same since Monday but that is cool and happy about that....I will be going back to rehab on Monday and will get weighed again then....Going to let this wound heal some before starting up my exercise again. Johnny :guns

Glad you are back! My son almost went to a high school based in Missoula -- World Class Kayak Academy. Do you kayak out there? I don't see the appeal of a sport when you have to wear a helmet so you don't knock yourself out on rocks when you are upside down in a rapid, but hey, that's just me!

Hi Johnny...glad you're home and safe. Do you mind if I ask what the op was for?
We have to buy all our water, as most of the water in the area is contaminated. What's worse, is they keep saying year after year that its drinkable, but it gives everyone the runs! Its just a part of life now to spend $$$ on a reverse osmosis system, or $$$ on bottled water and $$$ for the contaminated city water, too! For us, its directly due to 1. old missle silo in area, 2. farmers super spraying the fields, 3. energy plant very close. If its this bad now, I feel sorry for our children's children!
